 Bill joined the wine industry in 2002 to follow his passion for wine and make it into a viable career.  He spent years as a successful businessman in fine gemstones before making the big leap.  He learned the wine business quickly and created for himself a strong clientele in the Northern part of the GTA where a strong growth in fine dining came about in the last 10 years.

 Daniel comes with over 30 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, including a long stint with the Sheraton Hotel group.  Over the years, he has also developed a solid relationship with his clientele in the fine dining establishments, allowing the opportunity to maintain consistent product placement success in this market.  Daniel also consults with several local wine shops where he trains staff on wine knowledge and service.
